About This Project
The Pearl Residence is named for the lustrous white marble exterior that became its defining signature. This project was our most interior-finishing-focused commission to date — the grey structure was already partially complete when the client came to us for the finishing phase, and they had extremely high standards.
Italian marble throughout the ground floor, custom solid-wood cabinetry in every room, designer bathroom suites with imported European fittings, and hand-finished ceiling cornices in the formal spaces — our team met every single specification. The Pearl now stands as our benchmark for what interior finishing should look like.
