A Karachi-based construction house built on hands-on site experience and a founder who still shows up when it matters.
Mushq-e-Jannat Construction was founded in 2019, but its story on the site began years earlier. Before starting the company, our Founder and CEO, Muhammad Azam Khan, spent years working as a Senior Supervisor on some of Karachi's finest luxury bungalow projects, learning first-hand what separates a well-built home from an ordinary one, and what it takes to keep a client's trust from the foundation to the final handover.
That experience shaped the company we are today. We are a full-service construction firm handling every stage of a project in-house, from design and structural planning to on-ground execution and finishing, for commercial buildings, educational institutions, and luxury residential bungalows.
Over the years, we have completed nineteen projects across some of Karachi's most sought-after neighbourhoods, and we currently have three more underway. Behind every one of them is the same working principle we started with: build it the way you would build it for your own family, on time, and without compromise.

The Beginning. A Promise Made
Mr. Azam founds Mushq E Jannat in Karachi with a single crew and a single mission: build homes the right way. The first residential projects in DHA Karachi and Gulshan establish a reputation for honesty and quality that clients begin referring to others.
Growth & Government Registration
The company formally registers as a construction firm, bringing structured processes, official contracts, and expanded services. The team grows to include dedicated civil engineers and supervisors. Projects expand into DHA and M.Ali Society, premium Karachi addresses.
Luxury Finishing & Interior Design
Mushq-E-Jannat evolves beyond grey structure into full turn-key luxury delivery. Interior designer Salahuddin Qureshi joins the team, adding in-house design capabilities. Projects in Dhoraji and Bahria Town showcase premium craftsmanship at its finest.
20+ Projects & Counting
With over 20 completed bungalows and homes across Karachi, from Dhoraji to Bahria Town, Mushq-E-Jannat continues to grow. The team remains tight-knit and personally invested in every project, with Mr. Azam reviewing every handover personally.

I did not start this company from behind a desk. I started it from the site, as a Senior Supervisor, standing where the foundation meets the ground, on some of Karachi's most demanding luxury bungalow projects. That is where I learned the one lesson every client cares about most: trust is not promised, it is built, one honest decision at a time.
When I founded Mushq-e-Jannat Construction in 2019, I carried that lesson with me. We do not treat a school, a commercial plaza, or a family's home any differently, each one gets the same discipline, the same quality of material, and the same commitment to finishing on time.
