About This Project
Located in the heart of Karachi's iconic Clifton district, Mr Farooq Arbi House Villa is our most celebrated recent work. The client required a home that made a statement — and statement it makes. The angular contemporary facade, floor-to-ceiling glazing, and the seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces set this villa apart.
Our team handled everything from the structural engineering of the cantilevered sections to the crystal chandelier installation in the double-height drawing room. The rooftop terrace with panoramic city and sea views has become the client's favourite space in the entire home.
